For you and for others

Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have quarrel any:even as Christ forgave you. so also do ye.

Colossians 3:13

Forgive one another, bear one another. if you have an issue with some one, just as Christ forgave you. You need to forgive others. It does not matter the person or situation, forgiveness is the key. Bear with them and love them. There will people that bother us, but remember, Christ forgave you of your sin, you can forgive others.
