When you work. Whole hearted or nothing

And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

Colossians 3:23‭-‬24 KJV

Everything that you do, must be done with all your being. You have to be whole heartily involved in it, full force, no holding back. You have to remember that the action you take are for the the Lord and not for myself, yourself, or anyone's approval. That is hard for me, as well as for others. We want to be liked, we want the approval of others, but it is not by their hands are we saved and not by their will are we saved. But by the will and hand of the Lord's.
