Humility is key

By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life.

Proverbs 22:4 KJV

Only when we are humble and fear or in awe and respect of the Lord are we given riches, honour, and life. For all of this is by his will and we should never boast for God has allowed us to do the things we do.
