What God gives and what he doesn't

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

2 Timothy 1:7 KJV

If you are in Christ there is power and love insidw you. There is no  need for fear because God has not given you fear. So trust in the Lord for you sound mind and keep out the fear.
