knowing when to say things
Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly

A man is wise when he is quite and learns from what he hears. Unfortunately a fool does not he opens mouth without any thought.
In this world we need to be mindful of how we deal with slander and information. We must not believe rumors and we must think on the side of caution rather than just saying what ever comes to our minds without regard of who it may affect.
